THE ROACH ORGANIZATION OPENS NEW PLATO PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CENTER
 IN CLEARWATER, FLORIDA
 MINNEAPOLIS, March 6 /PRNewswire/ -- The Roach Organization, Inc. (TRO) and ACSI, d/b/a/ National Assessment Institute (NAI), announced today the grand opening of a new PLATO(R) Professional Development Center in Clearwater, Fla. This center represents the first in a nationwide roll-out of new computerized test centers by TRO and NAI; the center joins the existing network of 55 PLATO Professional Development Centers located in major cities throughout the United States and Canada.
 The Clearwater Center is located in NAI's new corporate headquarters facility at 5500 Rio Vista Drive, Clearwater, Fla., 813-532-9558. This new center will provide Tampa Bay-area candidates with greater access to certification and licensing exams available on the PLATO computer-based testing system. The center is particularly convenient to the St. Petersburg/Clearwater International Airport, providing "fly-in" capability to pilots taking FAA written exams on the PLATO system; ground transportation is available through Jet Executive Center.
 The Clearwater Center will administer exams from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Candidates can register to take exams on the PLATO system by calling TRO Central Registration 800-869-1100. Once registration is complete, exams can be scheduled at any PLATO Professional Development Center. In addition to the new Clearwater facility, PLATO Professional Development Centers are located in both Miami and Orlando, Fla.
 Through its Certification and Testing Services division, TRO provides full-service, computer-based testing capabilities to a list of distinguished professional organizations, including the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), The American College, The American Home Economics Association, The American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, The Registry of Financial Planning Practitioners and numerous state licensing authorities. TRO delivers over 800,000 hours of computer- based examinations annually on the PLATO computer-based testing system.
 The National Assessment Institute, a subsidiary of College Bound, Inc., provides complete development and administration services to national organizations and state agencies for 900 professional and occupational licensing and certification categories. The National Assessment Institute has established itself as one of the nation's largest proprietary testing services by administering over 250,000 examinations during the past year. NAI and TRO plan to add additional computerized testing centers throughout the United States.
