Anthony Griffiths has elected to depart from these positions as a result of a difference of opinion regarding the strategic direction of the Company and in order to resolve matters of management process. Christopher Ondaatje also announced that South East Asia Plantation Corporation Limited (SEAP SEAP Science and Engineering Apprentice Program SEAP Special Education Advisory Panel SEAP Sistemul Electronic de Achizitii Publice (Electronical System for Public Procurement) SEAP Security Equipment Assessment Panel ), owner of approximately 37.5 percent of the Company's issued and outstanding shares, has been approached by a number of parties interested in purchasing from SEAP some or all of those shares.
