Richard Wagstaff "Dick" Clark (born November 30, 1929) is an Emmy Award-winning American television, radio personality, game show host and businessman, he served as
 ROCKIN' AGAIN: America's favorite New Year's Eve host will be back in action as 2006 arrives.

Dick Clark will return to ABC's ``New Years Rockin' Eve'' special on Dec. 31, sharing co-hosting and executive-producing honors with ``American Idol'' emcee Ryan Seacrest Ryan Seacrest (born December 24, 1974) is an American radio and television personality. Seacrest is also a former children's game show host, who gained prominence as the host of the reality television amateur-search series American Idol. , Dick Clark Productions announced Monday.
