Gown designers may want to start sketching some glamorous wraps and evening coats - the Oscars will be a winter affair again next year. The Board of Governors of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences on Tuesday set the date for the 77th annual Academy Awards: Sunday, Feb. 27, 2005. Nomination ballots are due Jan. 15, nominations will be announced Jan. 25 and final ballots must be submitted by Feb. 22.
