See Board of directors. meeting, the museum will announce that it has acquired the painting ``Saintes-Mammes - Morning'' by the impressionist master Alfred Sisley. The gift comes to LACMA as part of Chicago-based Sara Lee's ``Millennium Gift to America,'' a large-scale donation of the corporation's art collection to more than 20 museums, primarily in the United States.
