 THE BANK OF CALIFORNIA ELECTS ISAAC SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
 SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- The Bank of California's board of directors elected Cecilia A. Isaac senior vice president and manager of the newly created Southern (California) Division of the firm's Real Estate Industries Group.
 In her current position, Isaac becomes responsible for managing a commercial and residential loan portfolio and for making loans to California-based property developers who construct commercial and residential buildings across Southern Califonria and in 11 western states.
 Next month, she will move to the Special Assets Deparmment to manage the bank's non-performing real estate and owned real estate portfolios for California, Washington and Oregon.
 Isaac joined the bank in 1991 after spending six years with First Interstate Bancorp in Los Angeles. Her most recent position there was senior vice president and asset manager involving the management of non-performing and owned real estate assets.
 After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California, Isaac went on to earn a Masters degree in Public Administration from the same institution. A life-long resident of the Los Angeles area, Isaac resides in Pasadena.
 The Bank of California, N.A., is the oldest incorporated bank in the West. With $8.4 billion in assets, it is the sixth-largest bank in the state and operates 52 banking offices in California, Washington and Oregon, and 18 international offices.
