O'Meara, currently Assistant General Manager of U.S. Fuels, has been named to head the newly formed Atlantic Basin area, including TFAMM's activities in the U.S. East and Gulf coasts, Canada, and Central and South America. - Peter M. Meade, currently Assistant General Manager of New Business Development, has been named in charge of TFAMM's Global Marine Lubricants and Technical Service unit. - Vincent P. Kyle, currently General Manager responsible for TFAMM's European activities, will continue in that capacity. TFAMM coordinates the worldwide marketing and trading of fuel oil to all classes of fuel users, as well as the sales of selected diesel fuels, lube oils and greases. In addition, TFAMM operates the company's first domestic used oil recycling facility in Marrero, Louisiana, which can process up to 50 million gallons a year of used automotive and industrial lubricants into distillate dis·til·late n.
