TERMINATION OF ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS.
The Federal Reserve Board announced on November November: see month. 20, 2000, the termination of the following enforcement action:
The Asahi Bank, Ltd., New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of Branch Cease and Desist Order An order issued by an Administrative Agency or a court proscribing a person or a business entity from continuing a particular course of conduct.
The force and effect of a cease and desist order are similar to those of an Injunction issued by a court. dated February 13, 1997 -- Terminated October 11, 2000.
