 TENTATIVE AGREEMENT REACHED FOR NEW AT&T CONTRACT
 Thirty days after the contract expiration date, negotiators for


the Communications Workers of America and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers have reached a tentative national settlement with AT&T.
 Details of the agreement will be released at a joint news conference tomorrow, Thursday, July 2, at the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, at 2100 K St. N.W., Washington, in the director's office on the 9th Floor, at 10:30 a.m.
 CWA President Bahr will be available for questions from out-of-town reporters unable to attend the news conference via telephone conference call at 2 p.m. tomorrow (July 2). Reporters should call 913-749-9228; the conference ID number is 20 CWA.
 CWA represents over 600,000 workers in telecommunications, printing, publishing, media, health care, and the public sector in the United States and Canada, including 100,000 workers at AT&T.
