TENSIODYNE INKS LICENSE AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR NEW TECHNOLOGY THAT MEASURES METAL FATIGUE

 /REPEATING FROM YESTERDAY/
LOS ANGELES, Sept. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Tensiodyne Corp. (TSDN), the

manufacturer of the Fatigue Fuse, has licensed and signed a development contract with a major university for a new technology.
Currently in R & D, the technology has been partly financed by the National Science Foundation. When fully developed, it will measure the fatigue damage of any metal structure at any time in the life of that structure, without knowledge of its previous stress history. Applications for Tensiodyne's products include, among others, Bridges, Aircraft, Ships, Submarines, and Cranes. The primary purpose of each application is to know beforehand that a particular part of a structure will fail, so that the part can be replaced before it fails, saving lives and preventing damage.
Tensiodyne management is meeting with officials of the National Institute of Standards, Department of Transportation, and the Federal Highway Administration regarding government participation, according to Tensiodyne's president, Robert M. Bernstein.
Tensiodyne, Corp. is located at 11835 W. Olympic Blvd., East Tower, Suite 705, West Los Angeles, CA 90064. The telephone number is 310-208-5589.
