TENANTS MAY LOSE THEIR RENT SUBSIDIES AUTHORITIES INSPECTING COMPLEX IN A.V. FIND VARIETY OF VIOLATIONS.

The complex's property managers have gone through training in the LAN-CAP program, which is financed by a city levy on rental homes and is aimed at reducing crime in neighborhoods with high proportions of rentals.
