TELLUS TO SUPPLY CDPD MODEMS TO DCT.

Tellus Technology Inc., has reached an agreement with Digital Communications Technologies to supply TPRM 130c CDPD OEM modules. Digital Communications Technologies, a developer and manufacturer of networking-enabled (or 'network-enabling') security monitoring products based in Colombia, will integrate the T130c into the DigiCom RF, a remote security monitoring device marketed by the company in Colombia and other Latin America countries.

The TPRM 130c modem features patent-pending Tellus technology that allows users to minimize the roaming charges they incur -- critical for applications in areas where multiple service providers operate. This vital feature allows fixed-site applications such as commercial and residential security monitoring to use the lowest cost provider as often as possible without degrading the level of service to the end user. The modem comes with an embedded TCP/IP stack and sports superior RF performance.
