TELELOGIC WINS CONTRACTS WORTH MORE THAN $800,000 FOR ADVANCED SYSTEMS AND SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS.

Telelogic (Stockholm: TLOG), a global provider of solutions for advanced systems and software development, has announced that it will book more than US$800,000 in revenues from two recently awarded contracts.

A supporting technology services group for a leading U.S. Government financial organization has selected Telelogic CM Synergy, the industry's only automated change and configuration management solution, as part of an initial contract totaling US$480,000. Telelogic CM Synergy DCM (Distributed Change Management) and a number of other optional add-on products will also be purchased.

In a separate transaction, a major U.S. defense contractor will add additional licenses of Telelogic's DOORS software for requirements management, as part of a contract valued at US$342,125.

Acquired by Telelogic from Continuus Software in December 2000, CM Synergy was named the most advanced change and configuration management system on the market by Yphise in its latest industry report entitled, "Application Change Management for NT and UNIX - A Software Evaluation Report." DCM is an optional component that extends Telelogic CM Synergy to the distributed enterprise, enabling teams in separate locations to efficiently collaborate and communicate as they work on common software components.

Acquired by Telelogic from Quality Systems & Software in August 2000, DOORS is a multi-platform, enterprise-wide requirements management tool designed to capture, link, trace, analyze and manage a wide range of information to ensure a project's compliance with specific requirements and standards.
