Telecom Software, a leading provider of IP-based telecommunications software and solutions, has announced the introduction of Net SmartConnect, the industry's first carrier-grade, converged service application to enable message-triggered calling over IP-based networks.

Net SmartConnect works with voice and data messaging solutions to provide real-time call connection between any circuit-switched or packet-switched communication device.
