TEEN-ISSUE PANEL TO BE AIRED TONIGHT.Byline: Daily News SANTA CLARITA - The city's ``Teen Scene Unplugged'' panel discussion that focuses on issues facing local teenagers will be aired tonight on public access Channel 20. The taped event was held Sept. 24 in Valencia and provided a chance for adults to hear information on drugs, alcohol, sexuality, peer pressure and other issues facing young people. The discussion centered around drug trends in the Santa Clarita Valley, social issues at school and ways to open communications between parents and teens. Guest speakers included Councilman Frank Ferry, Wade Trimmer of the Santa Clarita Valley Youth Project and Cary Quashen of ACTION Family Counseling Centers.
