The Agoura Hills High School senior said he was shocked to win the award and called it ``really awesome.'' ``Photography is my passion,'' he said. ``I try to photograph things that people might overlook. I try to capture something that people can relate to.'' The second-place award in photography went to Caroline Ratajczak, 17, for a color photo she took with a digital camera of her sister Kasia in a 1950s poodle skirt standing by an old red truck at night in Toluca Lake. ``I'm very excited,'' said Ratajczak, a senior at John Burroughs High School John Burroughs High School is a public high school located in Burbank, California.
