TEEN, PARENT SEMINAR RETURNS.

Teen Scene Unplugged, the interactive seminar which allows parents and teens to discuss youth and family issues such as drug and alcohol abuse, will be offered again Wednesday Wednesday: see week. .

Now in its fifth year, the popular community event will be held from 7 to 9:30 p.m. at the Hyatt Hyatt is an international brand of hotels within the Global Hyatt Corporation that operates numerous properties.

Hyatt is a part of the Marmon Group which is owned by Chicago's Pritzker Family. Mark S. Hoplamazian is the current President and CEO of Global Hyatt Corporation.

The theme of this year's event is ``Connect, Communicate, and Cope During the Teenage Years,'' and the program will feature John Crudele, an internationally acclaimed ac·claim

Crudele's message will reinforce the communication process needed between parents and kids. He will provide hands-on, applicable information regarding alcohol, drugs, dating and other tough and touchy teen issues.

``We are so pleased to be offering Teen Scene Unplugged again this year,'' said Tess Simgen, community services analyst for the city. ``With over 600 community members in attendance last year, the popularity of this program tells us that parents and teens really appreciate the information and resources we are able to provide.''

The event is free and open to the public and light refreshments re·fresh·ment
