TEAMSTERS' COMPLAINT DISMISSED.Byline: Enrique Rivero Daily News Staff Writer The National Labor Relations Board National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), independent agency of the U.S. government created under the National Labor Relations Act of 1935 (Wagner Act), and amended by the acts of 1947 (Taft-Hartley Labor Act) and 1959 (Landrum-Griffin Act), which affirmed labor's right is dismissing a Teamsters union Teamsters Union, U.S. labor union formed in 1903 by the amalgamation of the Team Drivers International Union and the Teamsters National Union. Its full name is the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen, and Helpers of America (IBT). complaint that the Anheuser-Busch Co. improperly implemented a contract that had been voted down by its members, the company said Monday. Board lawyers late Friday verbally notified the company that it is throwing out the complaint about the contract covering approximately 8,000 union-covered employees of the St. Louis-based brewery, Busch spokesman Steve LeResche said.
