Hurt has posted the fastest time in the Western State Conference in that event with a 14.4.

The women are led by Stacey Higgins in the 100 and 200, Chrystall DaNaeyer in the 400 and 800, Shannon Livingston in the 100 hurdles, Chelsea Christensen in the 400 hurdles and Erica Arana in the high jump, long jump, triple jump and pole vault pole vault

Baseball: The team broke a three-game losing streak Tuesday with a 4-2 home victory over Santa Barbara. Softball softball, variant of baseball played with a larger ball on a smaller field. The Raiders lost to Valley 11-4 on Mar. 12. Lack of control in the pitching department contributed to the loss.

The team had its game with Bakersfield rained out Saturday, but the inactivity wasn't damaging as the Raiders downed Santa Barbara 6-0 Tuesday in Santa Barbara.

Tennis: The women's tennis team showed the same resiliency as the softball team, bouncing back from a painful loss late week with a victory.

The team lost at Santa Barbara on Mar. 12, 9-0. It came back Tuesday to defeat Glendale College 5-4.
