TCC lands exclusive for 68,000 s/f flex facility.

Richards and Robbins, the owner and developer of Runnemede Corporate Center, recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new spec building within Runnemede Corporate Center in Runnemede, New Jersey in Camden County.

The 68,000-square-foot spec, industrial/flex facility, which is expected to be completed and ready for occupancy in the second quarter of 2005, is the seventh building to be constructed at the 60-acre campus.

David Richards, principal of Richards and Robbins, has also announced the appointment of Trammell Crow Company, one of the nation's largest diversified commercial real estate services companies, as exclusive leasing and marketing agent for this project.
