TCC inks 44,000 s/f at 1330 Sixth Avenue.

Trammell Crow Company (NYSE: TCC), one of the largest diversified commercial real estate services companies in the world, announced that it has secured a 41,000 s/f lease renewal and expansion at 1330 Avenue of the Americas on behalf of Silvercrest Asset Management Group, LLC.

Eric S. Reimer, senior vice president of brokerage services at Trammell Crow Company, led the Trammell Crow team in representing Silvercrest.

Silvercrest initially subleased 20,000 square feet of office space for its Midtown headquarters back in 2002.

However, management realized its need for additional space in anticipation of near--and long-term growth. The Trammell Crow team was able to double the independent investment advisory and financial services firm's occupancy, securing an additional 21,000 square feet on the top four floors 1330 Avenue of the Americas until 2017.

"The team sought to identify and negotiate the most economical option for Silvercrest," said Reimer.
