TCC completes corporate relocation at 622 third.

Trammell Crow Company has disposed of 26,000s/f of 622 Third Avenue, comprising the entire 3st floor of the building, on behalf of FTI Consulting Inc. to Hypo Real Estate Capital Corp.

The transaction completes a successful corporate relocation for FTI Consulting with significant net gains from incentives.

In August 2004, the client's growing business enabled TCC to take advantage of a soft market and secure 93,000 s/f of contiguous space at 3 Times Square, equipped with the most advanced infrastructure technologies and enough room to accommodate expected growth at a steeply discounted rate.

Thanks to strong velocity in the Midtown market over the past six months, TCC was able to identify a tenant for FTI Consulting's former office space at 622 Third Ave, completing the corporate relocation in less than nine months while exceeding the client's expectations in terms of timeline and net gains.
