) Investment Services team recently closed a major disposition assignment on behalf of Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB).

The sold CSFB portfolio, which includes a total of 11 industrial assets, represents approximately 1.1 million SF.

It consists of:

Three multi-tenant buildings in Tucson, Ariz., totaling 220,000 SF;

Four multi-tenant buildings in Phoenix, Ariz., totaling 416,000 SF;

Two multi-tenant buildings in Tempe, Ariz., totaling 119,000 SF;

Two buildings in Salt Lake City, Utah, totaling 341,000 SF.

TCC secured the assignment based on the combination of TCC-NY principals Jonathan Geanakos and Eric Reimer's relationship with CSFB and TCC-Phoenix's Barry Gabel's strong knowledge of the local market and relationship with the purchaser, who is a major local real estate investor.

"This disposition represents a major win for the firm and our Investment Services Group," said Geanakos.

"Our ability to deliver high quality investment sales services on an assignment of this size and complexity, combined with our unique ability to underwrite real estate through our outstanding local market expertise, were critical to executing this assignment."

"This assignment will hopefully also be the beginning of expanding our relationship with CSFB throughout the U.S.," said Reimer.
