TBS to Form Capital Alliance with eMobile.


Tokyo, Japan, Sept 6, 2005 - (JCNN JCNN Japan Corporate News Network ) - Tokyo Broadcasting System
The initials of this Japanese station are also used by the American company, TBS (former full name: Turner Broadcasting System).
Tokyo Broadcasting System, Inc.
 (TBS) has decided to enter into a capital alliance with eMobile, a subsidiary of eAccess, through the direct placement of new shares worth 10 billion yen ($90 mil).

TBS and eMobile hope that the integration of their respective expertise and a collaboration in the mobile communication business will broaden possibilities in business developments, as well as significantly increase the corporate and shareholder values of both companies.

TBS and eMobile are aiming to establish a strong partnership to commercialize services, which will converge broadcasting and telecommunications services In telecommunication, the term telecommunications service has the following meanings:

1. Any service provided by a telecommunication provider.
