TARGET OPENS IN VAN NUYS.Byline: Pam Park Staff Writer VAN NUYS - Fedco is no more, but Target has opened a sparkling new Van Nuys store in its place. All the signage in the store appears in both English and Spanish and the food, clothing and entertainment merchandise was selected with the large Latino and Jewish communities in the area in mind, he said. Spokeswoman Sandra Jaffa said most Target stores have a one-hour photo desk in addition to the regular store. The Van Nuys store keeps the pharmacy pharmacy, art of compounding and dispensing drugs and medication. The term is also applied to an establishment used for such purposes.
