TAPISTRON INTERNATIONAL -- ON THE CUTTING EDGE -- JOINS GEORGIA BUSINESS COMMUNITY; TO HOST GRAND OPENING OF ITS FACILITIES ON JULY 16

 RINGGOLD, Ga., July 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Tapistron International, Inc. (NASDAQ: TAPI) has joined the Georgia business community and has relocated its corporate headquarters from Chattanooga, Tenn., to Ringgold, Ga.
 The company recently completed an expansive new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility which utilizes over 50,000 square feet and is expandable up to 130,000 square feet.
 The facility was designed by award-winning Louis Wamp to achieve the highest quality production, customer service and technical support. The complex will house full manufacturing facilities for the company's proprietary patented technology of its two- and four-meter CYP (computerized yarn placement) machines, a research and development center dedicated to new technologies and product enhancements, a training center with a classroom and hands-on instruction capabilities, a design center, computer software development center, as well as engineering and corporate offices.

 Tapistron International will host an open house celebration on Friday, July 16, at the new facility in Ringgold. Located on Route 12, a little over an hour from Atlanta, festivities will include:
 11:30 a.m. - noon Welcome
 Noon - 2 p.m. Barbecue Lunch
 2 - 3 p.m. Tour of Complex and Machine Demonstration
 Tapistron has shipped several of its two-meter CYP machines to major textile manufacturers in the United States and abroad. Recently, the company began production and shipment of its larger, four-meter CYP machines.
 Tapistron International is headquartered in the center of the country's carpet industry and has developed the CYP machine, a highly sophisticated patented innovation in tufting technology. The CYP technology is a proprietary, totally computerized process that is capable of manufacturing highly versatile patterned, colored and textured carpets and textile products for residential and commercial applications.
