See: New York Stock Exchange : TAM) announces to shareholders that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on March 28, 2008, approved the financial statements, related to the year ended on December 31, 2007. It has also approved the supplementary dividends payment of R$ 0.23 and interest on stockholder's capital of R$ 0.21 per share to all shareholders. Calculation was based on the profits referring to the year 2007 verified in the financial statements. The calendar for payment is as follows:
