``The Boys Next Door'' will open tonight at 8 at the Lancaster Performing Arts Center A performing arts center, often abbreviated PAC, is a multi-use performance space that can be adapted for use by various types of the performing arts, including dance, music and theatre. , 750 W. Lancaster Blvd. It continues at 8 p.m. Saturday, 2 p.m. Sunday, 8 p.m. March 24, 8 p.m. March 25 and 2 p.m. March 26.

Tickets are $12, available at the box office or by calling (661) 723-5950.

Director L. Michael Wells has assembled an award-winning cast of local actors and actresses for the play.

Joe Barnard, who plays Norman, was honored with a Shining Star Award last year for his appearance as Daddy Warbucks in ``Annie.''

Sidney Saddler, who plays Lucien and who studied at the Negro Ensemble Company The Negro Ensemble Company is a New York City-based theater company. Jeanie Caffafa, who portrays Cora and plays other female roles, has appeared in ``Chorus Line,'' ``Cinderella'' and ``Red Hot and Cole.''

Pamela Jackson Pamela Jackson is a Christian writer, public speaker, and novelist.

Born in Atlanta, Georgia, and raised in Alpharetta, Georgia, Jackson obtained a B.A. in Communication Arts and Philosophy from the University of Maryland.
