I invested much finances in two low-budget, "highly ethical" movies that made money. I have yet to get any honest, or in the case of "Red Riding Hood" ANY K1 beyond the first year. No proceeds at all of course, thanks to General Partners Steve Austin and David Borg. Forget about getting any K1(s) from them for 2007 it seems.
Steve Austin and Louis J. (Lou) Pearlman have been arrested by the Federal Government and are being sued in Federal Courts.
Thankfully, The U.S. Department of Justice is seizing these seemingly riped -off equities and unreported movie proceeds, with the intention of paying their so far cheated investors.
For more information, link to the en.Wikipedia.org page listed here.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tag_Entertainment
