 Taylor Taylor, city (1990 pop. 70,811), Wayne co., SE Mich., a suburb of Detroit adjacent to Dearborn; founded 1847 as a township, inc. as a city 1968. A small rural village until World War II, it developed significantly in the second half of the 20th cent.  has been selected as a coach for the 2007 McDonald's All-American High School Basketball Game, March 28 at Freedom Hall in Louisville, Ky.

Although no official announcement has been made, Taylor confirmed Thursday that the event's organizers have chosen him to coach the West team for the 30th annual boys' game.

"Just to be considered as one of the coaches for this game is an honor As a verb, to accept a bill of exchange, or to pay a note, check, or accepted bill, at maturity. To pay or to accept and pay, or, where a credit so engages, to purchase or discount a draft complying with the terms of the draft. ," Taylor said. "It's humbling hum·ble

Taylor, who is in his seventh year as the Toreadors' coach and 19th overall with the program, is the first coach from the area to be selected for the McDonald's All-American game.

"I mean, we're talking about the biggest high school game in the world and they want me to be coach ... wow. It's unbelievable. It hasn't sunk in yet," Taylor said. "As a coach, people either love you or hate you so it's nice to know that someone out there on the national level has recognized what I've done at Taft."
