Roamware's Optimized Routing solution enables operators to route all in-network roaming subscriber calls in the most efficient manner, leading to reduced costs and increased margins. The cost savings can either be passed on to the subscribers, thereby increasing loyalty, or retained by the operator to improve profit margins. This service enables operators to optimize their operational costs while better serving their roamers with intelligent services and attractive roaming call costs. Roamware's Roaming Short Codes solution enables inbound and outbound roamers to access value-added services by using familiar home short codes. It also provides Calling Line Identification (CLI) guarantee in short code service usage ensuring that the short code calls are transparently completed without any interaction requirement from the roamers. Roamware's Voicemail Call Completion solution enables the company to determine the best route for calls to voicemail without the out-roamer subscriber having to pay for a portion of the call, which will be directed to the forwarded-to number.
