Rollout of Datalex BookIt! Corporate Tool to Commence within the

Telecommunications Giant Following Reseller Agreement With T-Systems

Bonn based, Deutsche Telekom AG, Europe's largest and the world's fifth largest telecommunications group, is to deploy the Datalex BookIt! CORPORATE(TM) solution throughout its global organization following an initial implementation of the technology within its T-Systems subsidiary in 2003. The rollout of the solution follows the signing of a joint marketing and sales agreement in 2002 between leading technology provider Datalex (ISE: DLE)(OTC: DLEXY), and T-Systems.

T-Systems, based in Frankfurt, Germany, is Europe's second largest systems provider and is one of the four pillars of Deutsche Telekom AG along with T-Mobile, T-Online and T-Com. Deutsche Telekom also own numerous other communications companies globally. Employing in the region of 247,000 employees worldwide, the global business travel management solution could potentially cut business travel expenses in Deutsche Telekom annually by EUR 9 million.

Since signing the agreement, Datalex and T-Systems has customized the business management tool for the German market and for Deutsche Telekom, BookIt! CORPORATE is now being optimized for use against TQ3 as global fulfillment partner. The solution already supports Lufthansa 'Pay as you Fly' ticketing and some market specific functionality such as the support of Lufthansa Senator Card service in which members get instant waitlist clearance in certain booking classes on fully booked flights.

Built on BookIt! MATRIX(TM), the core Datalex technology component that provides connectivity with back-end host reservation and distribution systems, BookIt! CORPORATE provides corporate travel managers with an online booking solution that dynamically manages their corporate travel policy by evaluating the best itinerary options based on customized business needs, trip purpose, traveler preferences and supplier offerings.
