T&M staff expansion.T&M Associates significantly expanded its engineering and planning capabilities with the addition of the 80-member staff of JCA (1) (Java Cryptography Architecture) An umbrella term from Sun for implementing security functions for the Java platform. It includes Sun's Java Security API as well as the Java Cryptography Extension (JCE), which adds more programming interfaces for encryption Associates. This brings T&M's total staff to nearly 350 professionals and support personnel. The former JCA staff members will continue to service their clients from their current office locations in Moorestown and Clark, NJ. In 2004, T&M was among the top ten largest consulting engineering firms in New Jersey, with annual revenues of $30 million. With the additional staff, it is anticipated that T&M's revenue will be approximately $40 million in 2005.
