San Antonio is the second most populous city in Texas, the third most populous metropolitan area in Texas, and is the seventh most populous city in the United States. As of the 2006 U.S.
 (F33657-01-D-2078), are being awarded a $3,000,000,000 (program maximum) multiple award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity type contract with multiple pricing arrangements. These are two of the final eleven contractors to participate in the Training Systems Acquisition II Program. This program provides for a range of training system products and services for customers including the Air Force, other Department of Defense organizations and foreign military sales That portion of United States security assistance authorized by the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, and the Arms Export Control Act of 1976, as amended. This assistance differs from the Military Assistance Program and the International Military Education and Training Program  customers. This includes the design, development, testing, production, modification, upgrade, delivery and sustainment of training systems. At this time, $10,000 has been obligated ob·li·gate
