System Software Associates Completes Oversubscribed Public Offering.


CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 17, 1997--

Company Raises $138 Million to Enhance Field Operations,

Marketing Investments

System Software Associates (SSA (Serial Storage Architecture) A fault tolerant peripheral interface from IBM that transfers data at 80 and 160 Mbytes/sec. The transaction was priced on Sept. 8, 1997 and closed on Sept. 12, 1997.
