Systech Announces Ruby IP Certification on First Data; Speed and Savings to Petroleum Retailers on Private and Internet Networks.

The Systech/Verifone/First Data combination provides petroleum retailers with a fast, flexible and secure IP processing platform for electronic payment transactions.
