Regular monthly publication for the title will begin in January. The magazine will have a guaranteed rate base of 50,000 with an annual subscription costing $70. The title will be targeted to a variety of IT professionals, from developers to CIOs, Sys-Con said, and will focus on "all aspects of the .NET infrastructure, enabling technologies, business process management and collaborative business." Editorial director Jeremy Geelan said the mission of the journal is to provide accurate editorial to information technologists working with .NET and to be "the number one source for .NET" developments. Editorial includes information on GUI--based developments, including coverage of GDI (Graphics Device Interface) The traditional programming interface (API) for output in Windows.
