Sypris Electronics Awarded $6.2 Million Contract by the U.S. Government.

TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 10, 2003

Sypris Electronics, a subsidiary of Sypris Solutions, announced it has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Government valued at $6.2 million to design the next generation cryptographic fill device to be known as the Secure Data Transfer Device 2000 System ("SDS"). Under the terms of the contract, Sypris Electronics will deliver SDS prototypes as a part of this contract.
