) software and services, today announced the availability of Synygy Compensation, version 9, the next generation of Synygy's EIM software, formerly called IC Expert.

The new features of Synygy Compensation(TM) enable companies to be up and running with a new EIM solution in as little as 30 days, compared to alternative solutions, which take six to 18 months to implement.

In a first for the exploding EIM market, Synygy also today announced that it would ensure the successful implementation of Synygy Compensation with a money-back guarantee. If for any reason a client is not satisfied with their Synygy Compensation solution, Synygy will pay the client a percentage of the implementation services fees every month--up to 100% of all fees paid to Synygy after 12 months.
