Synygy's profitable revenue growth is in contrast to the results seen by the larger enterprise software companies. Revenue for Oracle Corp. (Nasdaq:ORCL ORCL Oracle (stock symbol) ) is down seven percent this year, revenue for PeopleSoft Inc. (Nasdaq:PSFT PSFT PeopleSoft (stock symbol)

"2002 was a significant year for Synygy in many ways," said Mark A. Stiffler, president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. "We acquired many new clients, expanded business with our existing clients, completed installations of our new 100-percent Web-based software, and significantly expanded our product line. While 2002 was a strong year for us, our investments in software development and sales are beginning to pay off, and we expect that 2003 will be even more impressive."

In September, Synygy announced an expanded product strategy that repositioned the company, with a focus on helping clients define performance, reward success, and deliver results throughout their organizations.

The announcement coupled the award-winning Synygy EIM software with two new easy-to-implement products lines: Synygy Enterprise Performance Management (EPM EPM

"Performance-driven organizations are looking to improve sales force effectiveness and increase workforce productivity," continued Stiffler.
