TROY, Mich. -- Syntel, Inc. announced it has been named to the "VARBusiness 500", the definitive listing of the biggest IT solution providers, integrators, and service companies in North America. The list is published in VAR Business Magazine's May 2008 issue.

Syntel, with revenue growth of 25 percent in 2007 over the year 2006, was ranked 131 on the 2008 list. This is the seventh consecutive year Syntel's ranking has jumped. The publication ranks North American technology organizations based on gross revenues.
