WNP will allow subscribers to keep their same phone numbers when transferring service between wireless carriers and networks as well as from a landline to a wireless number and vice versa VICE VERSA. On the contrary; on opposite sides. . The Syniverse clearinghouse will handle the exchange of porting messages between the carriers and the Number Portability Administration Center, and serve as the centralized service bureau.
