SYOSSET, N.Y. -- Synergy The enhanced result of two or more people, groups or organizations working together. In other words, one and one equals three! It comes from the Greek "synergia," which means joint work and cooperative action.  Brands, Inc. (Nasdaq:SYBR SYBR Synergy Brands, Inc. (stock symbol) ) plans to enter the multi-billion dollar salon hair care market by securing proprietary products through an exclusive distribution agreement with NYCE See New York Cotton Exchange.

In particular, Proset Hair Systems plans to be responsible for the sales and marketing and will represent the product in the United States and Canada. Proset plans to initially introduce the product in the NY metropolitan markets and certain salon chains in the United States as well as the Toronto metropolitan area. NYCE will be sold exclusively in Hair Salons A hair salon (also called 'Hairdresser' and 'Hair Parlour')is a place where one goes to get their hair cut, as well as styled, highlighted or coloured.

There are many different types of hair salons that one can choose to go to.
. Proset intends to develop the Salon Hair care market by leveraging on the distribution capabilities of PHS in the NY area and the Province of Ontario, Canada. PHS further plans to approach its current vendors that produce nationally branded Professional Salon Hair care products with a view towards expanding its distribution.

PHS believes that it can leverage its current distribution capabilities with higher margin from its existing warehouses. NYCE products are manufactured in Italy. The product has extensive distribution in Europe and is considered to be of top quality. These goods are designed to be used at Salons and will have no mass-market distribution.
