The recent Deutsche Telekom orders will substantially expand the capabilities of the carrier's existing network, which is already powered by Symmetricom and is one of the largest and highest quality synchronization networks in the world. The use of SSU equipment from Symmetricom's Telecom Solutions Division guarantees best quality synchronization for connecting voice and data traffic within Deutsche Telekom's own network and for interconnection with the provider's partners around the world.
