Symbiat Announces Agreement to Sell Legacy Hardware Product Line.

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 10, 2003

Symbiat announced today its intention to sell a legacy hardware product line. Symbiat signed an agreement, which will divest the IntelliServer RAS (1) See network access server.

(2) (Remote Access Service) A Windows NT/2000 Server feature that allows remote users access to the network from their Windows laptops or desktops via modem. See RRAS and network access server.

The decision to sell the RAS2000 product line was based upon the company's desire to focus its efforts solely on Symbiat's service and support offerings to the marketplace.
