) with Public Works and Government Services Canada Public Works and Government Services Canada, also referred to as Department of Public Works and Government Services, is the department of the government of Canada with responsibility for the government's internal servicing and administration. . This agreement will allow government departments, agencies and wholly owned government corporations to access Symantec products at pre-negotiated pricing, terms and conditions.

This DISO agreement, number E60ET-9-0030/001/ET, allows the Canadian Federal Government, departments, agencies, departmental and crown corporations to procure Commercial Off the Shelf Software (COTS) products through December 31, 2001.

Consideration for this type of agreement includes providing documentation outlining at least 10 awarded contracts for the purchase of the company's products by the various government entities.
