Sydkraft Increases Holding in Norwegian Hafslund.

STOCKHOLM, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 6, 2001

Sydkraft has acquired 4,650,576 B shares, corresponding to 4.03 percent of the share capital, in the listed Norwegian Norwegian

associated in some way with Norway.
