"For those few who still require immediate, 'live' support, our premium service is as close as a toll-free phone call." SyQuest's new technical support program includes the following services, at no charge to users: unlimited e-mail correspondence with SyQuest's staff of senior technical support engineers; e-mail auto-response of technical support bulletins; an interactive voice prompt system which walks callers through a troubleshooting process and offers step by step solutions for common issues; a comprehensive faxback system of technical bulletins, guides and specifications; and website postings of product drivers and answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs).
