SwitchCore AB enters into volume purchasing agreement with World Wide Packets.

Swedish integrated network devices developer SwitchCore AB said on Thursday (20 July) that it had entered into a volume purchasing agreement with World Wide Packets, the Carrier Ethernet solutions provider.

Under the agreement, World Wide Packets would use SwitchCore's flagship product, Xpeedium, in its advanced Ethernet systems solutions.

The product offering would supply broadband connections between enterprise locations and a state-of-the-art Ethernet-based transmission network, enabling customers to access a wide range of value-added business applications.

The new purchasing agreement between SwitchCore and World Wide Packets will supply Xpeedium specifically for volume orders.
