This one steps up with a color cover of Cairo Foster, who also has an interview inside. Some of it's a little wacky, like recommending the Clash's London Calling record when we all know that record was just the second step down in their decline, after Sandinista. C'mon, the early stuff's the best! Still, although it's got the trademarks of someone newly delving into DIY, Switch has got promise and some NYC coverage. Write to [e-mail].
